Then you need to empty your cities,towns and villages
Come out one and all with every Palestinian child,woman and man
Walk,run,ride east,west,north and south
Take nothing but some food and water

Go the checkpoints and flow around them like water over rock
Ignore every dictate,every command they scream at you
Every wall,fence, is a illusion,a ghost that is not there
The roads you cannot travel? Use them with impunity

Go to Jerusalem and go anywhere there with a smile and awe
Go to Tel Aviv and visit where ever you choose
Walk in on the knesset and every courthouse you come to
Find every settlement,every colony on Palestinian land and walk on it like you own it,since you do

The repressed are responsible for their reactions to enslavement
Only the oppressed can set themselves free
Only the imprisoned can break the chains that bind them
If you really want to be free,realize you are free by acting as you are

when a few stood up to many
when rocks fought with tanks
kites flew against helicopters, jets and drones

Yes, once there was a time
when the oppressed would not bow
where in a place they would not succumb to hate and violence
they refuse to be their enemy or given in and surrender

Snipers sniped at children gathering scrap
soldiers in the night beat down doors and snatched kids for interrogations
but the few stood firm and they would not give in
when Gazans like Manal with eyes of fierce fire would never fade but instead deepen in resolve

There is a place so far from you and what you understand
when the few face the many and they stand strong and true
Their homes bombed into rubble, not allowed to rebuild
The water, land and air a prison and yet their hearts,souls their struggle reaches around the world

Yes there is a place when the few face the many everyday and they may bend but never break
Who lose their fathers,mothers,sisters,brothers and still they never kneel
What people are these who can suffer so and still not cede?
A resilience grown from a struggle beyond our ocean in a land called Palestine

These few who have so little against the many who have it all
an unequal battle, a struggle decades old and still no surrender, no end
what little they have left is more than the many can wield
what the few possess the many forgot how it feels

The few have passion born of struggle, born of inalienable rights they know no one can steal
the few will never lose though they have no tanks, no planes, no armies per se
but they have what no one can shackle nor take, the right to return and the right of their own fate
they have the right to emancipation,self-determination and that is something no one can cage nor break

they will be free to go where they please and swim in the dead sea

As the rich and famous gather
They eat the finest foods and drink the finest drinks
At 5-star hotels they gather dressed in their Sunday best while the throngs gush, as the photographers pop and journalists scribble
With pomp and ceremony they strut like peacocks as they talk of peace with broad smiles and most inspiring toasts

While back to where there is no peace
Israeli soldiers are shooting  and beating protesting families
A medieval siege on 1.5 million people turned into farm animals continues year after year
Violent arrests of children are made for throwing rocks after chasing them with military jeeps

But back at the hob-nob hotel Obama is all smiles
Back at the fancy hotel  standing on  million dollar carpet Abbas is all smiles
Back at the glittering hotel under the sparkling chandelier Netanyah is all smiles
Back in Bil'in kids are coughing from sprayed tear gas and tending wounds from steel bullets coated in rubber

You cannot make peace in a hotel, in a board room behind locked oak doors with handles of gold, or in front of the media all smiling and shaking hands
Peace is found in the dusty towns and villages under siege and surrounded by apartheid walls
Peace in the prisons where peace activists suffer under endless administrative detention
Peace is found in the middle of a closed military zone where blood is spilled and bones broken

But as the politicians eloquently expound on wide ideals and expansive hopes and dreams
Human beings far from the camera's reach and the journalists pen suffer most horrendously
Land is stolen, houses are confiscated, colonists will still come to steal more protected by the Israeli military
The plight of Palestine will continue unabated

When the pens are sheathed and the camera's lensed
As the politicians go home amid fanfare and expansive speeches about peace found and compromises wrung out
But the facts on the ground just stay the same
You see unlike everyone else the Palestinians have no where to go, they cannot escape home or embrace the peace they never see

It takes a lot of guts and sheer bravery

To arrest and haul off children from their parents for tossing rocks

While you hold M-16's and Uzis
They just have tears and pleas and you love every minute of it



What type of gallantry does it take to bomb schools and hospitals

To use state of the art military killing machines on civilians and on their homes

Armored hummers and wearing flak jackets for protection against nonviolent protesters

As you fire tear gas canisters at their faces, what courage is that



As you nightly raid backed up by soldiers armed to the teeth

You take a kid as hostage and force him out in front

As you break and enter a home you have him go through the cupboard's

For if there is a booby trap he's the one that's a goner



And to rappel from an Apache helicopter all dressed in black firing indiscriminately

Just before dawn as you play pirate on an unarmed civilian ship with humanitarian supplies trying to break an illegal blockade

What bravado it takes to fight off women and murder men holding sticks

As you slaughter them with bullets to the head



What courage, and fearlessness as you hogtied human rights activists and had them sit in the sun for hours

You laugh and kick a few to show your buddies how tough you are

Your a real he-man as you hit those who can't hit back because your the master race

And this is what your armed forces do to those helpless before you, again, again and again



As you harass a kid at a checkpoint because your bored and he gave you a look

So you hit him with the but of your gun and your the civilized one

As you touch his sister inappropriately and he defends

Now hes going to get beat in jail for resisting arrest



But the truly brave and powerful are those who look you in the eye and smile

The real hero are those who take your abuse day after day year after year and never surrender

That school teacher who took us to the top of her house in Hebron to show where the brave Israeli solider peed in her water tank

As she refuse to leave or to give in or pick up a gun, she is a hero by any definition



For those who stay and take it every day of their lives

For those who get jeered and heckled and beat on

For those who refuse to be an enemy as they face every day with a grace far beyond my comprehension

i bow before your fortitude, i stand amazed at your strength, i bleed for you in my heart



My my what tremendous courage it must take to point a tank barrel at a school kid holding school books

What valor one must possess to let colonists burn down orchards, olive groves and pretend it didn't happen

Ah, what men are these who can fire a drone missile at a car, kill a dozen nearby and not even break a sweat

So chivalrous indeed to force a confession from a child and have him sign a document that he cant even read



What of these things you must wonder, yet which i tell you, i swear are all unfortunately true and real

Who is the brave and who the cowards you must choose and decide

For you know in your heart of hearts who is who and what is what

Its been 62 years since I've seen home

I've got my house key, i have the right to return, but they won't let me go

I've been screwed, I've been jewed

My family has lived here when the sand was green

Never had a problem with no one even when they came to invade

We still tended the olive groves and as the centuries came and gone

We always smiled and did what we had to do to get along



But the when the British came all hell broke loose

They promised what was not theirs to give by Balfour to somebody else

Even though others have lived there for millennium and got there first and never left



After the war it was far more worse

Terror came at the end of an Irgun and Stern gun and these they made Prime Ministers

War and independence for the jew declared while ethnic cleansing swept the land of everyone else

We locked our doors,took our keys and ran till things were calm again



But we got jewed

We couldn't go home, we were locked away

We had papers and keys but it didn't mean a thing

No one is Above the Law, Not Even the 'Exceptional'

This letter is addressed to every American who has taken an oath of office, which requires and demands that you to protect and defend America's Constitution, laws and its people. From the rookie Police Officer and Basic Trainee in the military, to every Senator, House Member and of course to the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States of America; the President of the United States of America.

On May 31,2010, a horrific crime against humanity took place inside international waters of the Mediterranean Sea by state sponsored Israeli military naval/commando units who violently assaulted an unarmed civilian flotilla delivering desperately needed humanitarian supplies to an imprisoned society, 1/2 of whom are under the age of 18 suffering under an illegal and immoral siege confined within the ugliest open-air prison in the world; Gaza. Using warships, Apache helicopters, stun grenades, machine guns, live ammunition, and other forms of military weaponry, the unarmed ships were fired upon then assailed by heavily armed commandos who murdered 19+ humanitarian workers and wounded dozens more. An American high school student was shot four times in the forehead and once in the stomach while two other Americans were savagely beaten. After this assault, the ships were towed illegally to a foreign port, the civilians were kidnapped,taken hostage, robbed and thrown into prisons. These are facts, not conjectures, nor exaggerations. Atrocities were committed and must be addressed and then redressed to the satisfaction of justice and the rule of law. This was a blatant act of homicide on the high seas, piracy and in of violation of our Arms Export Control and Foreign Assistance Acts for using our supplied military equipment not only against unarmed activists but against American Citizens to which you all are sworn by oath to uphold and protect. By not honoring your oath to the laws of our nation you are in violation of our laws and to your oath. We hereby demand and command that you obey the laws of this nation via the Supremacy law and do something!

Who is above the law? No nation nor person is above the law, all must be held accountable and responsible to the law without exception. Some of the most basic global principles of justice and law were completely ignored in this atrocity which is odious to our beliefs, to what we claim we stand for and to what we fight for. If we proclaim that we hold true to the equality of peoples and nations then how can we allow one nation to do whatever it wants, however it wants, to whomever it wants especially when it's done to our citizens? This then makes a mockery of our laws,values and principles, does it not?

Yet in our media-bias, hypocrisy and double-standards it sickens me to hear many of our elected officials all the way up to the Vice President become mouthpieces for a foreign nation, as they justify the violence and murder acts of armed thugs on the unarmed civilians. As they blame the victim of a crime for defending themselves against overwhelming violence we should be commending these people as heroes for standing up for the same principles and values you swore an oath to defend and protect, to what this country propounds that it stands for. Where lies your loyalties folks, to the Constitution, the principles of basic law and to America citizens or do your hold allegiance to a foreign nation committing atrocities to American citizens? You should be ashamed if you do not speak out against such obvious inhumane actions

In conclusion We don't request, but demand, that every American who has taken an oath of office to the Constitution are obliged to uphold and honor that legal commitment and pledge. We must create an independent international commission to investigate this act of piracy,murder,hostage taking and robbery. We must demand upon this nation compensation,apology and for a break in the blockade of Gaza now and forver. For if you do not, you violate your oath, you abase your morality, you betray the Constitution and you invariably betray those Americans who were beaten,robbed, kidnapped and murdered by the Israeli military whom are then by your inaction and treason virtually stripped of their citizenship and protection thereof. None of us Americans then, are safe anywhere,anytime.

Just like so many

i came here for the American dream

i believed in liberty and democracy

But the dream was a nightmare they didn't quite tell you the whole story

You pledged an allegiance to a flag that was blood stained with the innocent Indians

you believed what they told you and you read in history books from the point of victory

but if you talked to the other side the story was upside down and not so one-sided

America was a boil with a band aid on it and it smelled...nasty



you thought you were free but you were caged and locked by the corporate entity who rules the media,government and the law

you thought you were brave but they made you fear every nation in the world who hated us and wanted us all dead and gone

and you learned that if they hated us it was usually for a good reason, our military over there killing,bribing,in cahoots with the corrupt for markets and sweet contracts that screwed over the people and the environment



So i took the red pill and jumped down the rabbit hole

i sneered at their flag,called their goose-steppingtroops war criminals and now they want me ostracised

i am out cast as a stranger in a strange land
