VIDEO: "Occupation 101" - MUST WATCH

If there is one thing that I would urge you all to do  this weekend, it .

would be to ask you to find time to watch the video "Occupation 101".   It
will take 90 minutes of your time.  By the end, you will never again be able
to shrug off news on Palestine as if it really does not concern you.  There
are around 4 million Palestinians today who are being brutally oppressed by
the Israeli military which is relentlessly carrying out the policies of its
racist government.  Worse than that, the Palestinians are being slowly and
deliberately exterminated inside Israel's vicious matrix of control that is
even now being sealed by a monstrous Wall that will surround them, divide
them and imprison them.  This video will open your eyes to the excesses of
an Occupying Power that has been shamefully allowed to pursue its ethnic
cleansing for  60 years without a word of condemnation from our world's
leaders.  We also are to blame if we turn away and refuse to pressure
our governments to take a stand.  This is not a criticism of the Jews –
almost all of the commentators in this documentary are highly-respected and
very brave Jews who refuse to be silent about what is being done in their
name.  This is a valid condemnation of a state that has arrogated to itself
truly awesome powers that would crush a whole people and ruin the good name
of anyone who dares to speak out in defence of the Palestinians.   You, we
can stop this from happening  There is no excuse.  We simply cannot say again
"we didn't know".
