)-A pregnant woman died on Tuesday at an Israeli military checkpoint in the West Bank (WB) city of Salfeet, witnesses said.
They told WAFA that Bushra Sultan 27, in her six months of pregnancy, died at the Za'tara checkpoint, east Salfeet city, as the Israeli soldiers deliberately stopped the ambulance and prevented it from transferring her to hospital. Sultan is a mother of two children, one is crippled.
Ministry of Health (MOH) reported last month that more than 68 pregnant women forced to give birth at Israeli military checkpoints, 34 fetuses died and 4 women died in the West Bank (WB) and Gaza Strip
