AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- An Israeli military vehicle ran over a Palestinian 16-year-old girl on Saturday on the bypass road near Yatta town, south of al-Khalil, causing her moderate injuries.
The activist Ratib Jabour told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Samira Awad,16, was moderately injured when an Israeli patrol vehicle ran over her east of Yatta town. She was then transferred to hospital.
Such accidents almost daily occur due to the recklessness of Israeli soldiers and settlers when it comes to Palestinian citizens passing by the area without providing them with any compensation, Jabour added.
