This is Jalal and he’s a Palestinian. His car was torched by illegal Jewish settlers. However, instead of holding the settlers accountable Jalal was given a 1,500 shekel bill ($420) from the Israel Fire and Rescue Services that he must pay. Not only does the State of Israel allow these hate crimes to occur on Palestinians every single day, but they force the victim to pay for their victimization.
