Jordanian aid convoy "Ansar 2" leaves for Gaza

AMMONNEWS - The aid convoy dubbed "Ansar 2" on Thursday left for Gaza to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinians caused by the Israeli blockade.

The convoy headed by Head of the Jordanian "Artery of Life" committee Wael Saqqa and about 100 participants from various local activities left Amman International Airport to the Egyptian Al Areesh Airport. It is expected to arrive at Gaza Strip on Thursday noon.

Saqqa told (Petra) that "Ansar 2 " aims to confirm Jordan’s solidarity with Gazans, adding that it will support the sector’s small productivity projects, visit the Jordanian field hospital in addition to other activities.
