In an interview with Candy Crowley on CNN this morning, Israel's Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren actually said (in response to a question about Israel's announcement they would build 1600 units in Jerusalem) that Arabs and Jews are allowed to build anywhere they like in Jerusalem.
