Israel has frantically launched a massive PR campaign to counter-act the Goldstone report. Apologists for Israel's actions have been out in force in the media and in private meetings with politicians, from Russia to the U.S. to the EU, trying to convince governments to ignore or demonize the Goldstone report. Israel is terrified that the ICC will use the report as a basis for war crimes, arresting the architects of "Operation Cast Lead" and putting them on trial.
But, little by little, the truth is being heard. When CNN reports on the Goldstone findings, the tragedy of Gaza is finally making its way into the mainstream media. Thanks to the many of you who emailed and phoned your representatives throughout the world, this report will not be buried.
