Israel bombs Gaza again

(Pal Telegraph) - Two Israeli fighter jets attacked four smuggling tunnels near the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt in a raid on Friday morning.

Medical sources announced that no casualties resulted in the surprise attacks which caused an atmosphere of panic for the civilians.

Tunnels were heaveliy bombarded during the last Israeli war on Gaza leaving many casualties and massive damage. Israeli media outlets say that the raids came as a reprisal for a Palestinian rocket attack.Sources in the Israeli army said that the attack was to prevent smuggling weapons from Egypt. However, Palestinian factions debunked that saying the attack is part of ongoing siege and the weapons claim is an excuse to justify hitting tunnels.

It's remarkable that Israel has attacked Sudan and some places in Eritrea under the pretext of banning smuggling weapons to Gaza.

Israel killed around 1500 and injured thousands in the last war. This air attack is considered to be the largest ever since the war ended.
