When the assault on Gaza erupted on December 27, 2008 through January 17, 2009: 1,412 human beings lost their lives, the majority women and children.

3,700 babies were also born during that time of violence.

This first edition of The Palestine Telegraph is dedicated to every baby born and every innocent [and all others] that died because of the cycle of violence.

The Palestine Telegraph is dedicated to change our world before this generation endures denied inalienable human rights: the right to a full life of liberty which means freedom, which is the way to know the happiness of a true childhood.

The Palestine Telegraph is an all volunteer effort-our WORDS, PHOTOS, VIDEO are our only weapons and our doors are wide open for more than a few, thoughtful, committed citizens out to change our world.

The Palestine Telegraph welcomes submissions from professional and citizen journalists and all forces for peace and justice.

The Palestine Telegraph will give voice to those who have been forgotten, forsaken and beaten down by the powerful. The media must become a sanctuary for dissent and go where the silence is.
