If The War in Afghanistan has nothing to do with Israel then why is children of Canadian military families getting Free Trips to visit Israel, in part as an expression of solidarity with the Canadian Armed Forces and Canada's role in Afghanistan? That's right - The Jewish National Fund you know them...It was the Jewish National Fund that built Canada Park which not only covers razed Arab villages but extends into the territories occupied since the 1967 war. Canada Park , given the name to honour Canada for it's support of Israel and built over the ruins of three Arab villages, Amwas, Yalu, and Beit Nuba, from which the residents were forcibly expelled during the 1967 war.

Some of the money raised at last year’s Jewish National Fund’s Negev Gala here were earmarked for a new JNF project to send children of Canadian military families to visit Israel, in part as an expression of solidarity with the Canadian Armed Forces and our role in Afghanistan.

The first group, consisting of 30 participants age 16 to 21 and three chaperones, recently returned from Israel.

“Everyone was really excited,” says Christine Brine, one of the chaperones and the co-ordinator of the trip.

Sarah Sauve, from Kingston, N.S., was looking forward to experiencing a different culture and climate. “Israel was amazing,” says the Grade 12 student whose father has served in the military for 20 years. “It’s a beautiful country.”

Too bad she only got to see what Zionist Israel wants her to see unless she finds the daily suffering and murder of Palestinians amazing and exciting.

Sauve says she really enjoyed Tel Aviv and a visit to a Bedouin camp. “The camel ride was also cool,” she adds.

Among the highlights of the trip for chaperone Eric MacKenzie, who is also from Nova Scotia, were floating in the Dead Sea and watching the sun rise while standing at the top of Massada."

So there you have it.... you would think if Canadians are to show support for Afghanistan why would they be going to Israel...please enlighten me! Not that I would ever support Canada's role in Afghanistan but come on why would our money be used to send people to Israel unless if it's being used to brainwash more to gain more support for Israel's crimes againist Palestine
