How Did the Afghan War Get Extended In Canada?

Exposing Zionofacism in Canada

How did Canada’s Afghan occupation get extended?
In Canada there are groups that will support war for vatious
reasons.
Some are veterans and newly-brainwashed
soldiers and those who think like them, wanting to relive
the imagined glory of the past. Then there are the
warmongerers for money like arms dealers and stock
profiteers. These fools and scum are in the minority,
but they are superceded by a powerful faction that
controls the media and politics in Canada.

There is only one group that had the organization and
the resources to pull this off -The Israel Lobby.

Canadians were recently treated to a shocking and
sickening spectacle. On March 13, 2008, Stephane Dion
and the Liberals, who had been calling for an end to
Canada’s hostilities in Afghanistan, voted with the
Conservatives to continue propping up the brutal
war- and drug-lords in the Afghan “government”1.
The “mission” will be extended beyond 2009, to at
least 2011.2 What caused the about face from Dion,
who had said that he would never agree?

“The prime minister has said that he needs
to have a consensus in order to extend the
mission beyond February of 2009,” said
Liberal Leader Stephane Dion.
“This consensus will never exist.”3

Swindled Into An Unpopular War

Swindled into War

Canada’s initial engagement in Afghanistan back in 2002
was to be a brief post-9/11 mission, largely to help the
Americans hunt terrorists. The second phase that
began in 2003 was sold as something akin to a
conventional peacekeeping assignment —
and a politically palatable alternative to joining the
coming U.S. invasion of Iraq. Even moving Canadian
troops south from the relative safety of Kabul,
the capital, to Kandahar, the main city in the Taliban’s
volatile southern heartland, was being described by
politicians and top officers only a few months ago as
not really a combat mission. Take Fraser’s own media
briefing on the Kandahar challenge back on Feb. 2.
Pressed repeatedly to describe the sort of fighting
he expected, the general deflected the questions
onto safer ground. “My focus,” he insisted,
“is not on combat.”

The mission is opposed a majority of Canadians4.
What could possibly have happened to allow this
travesty to continue?

The Liberals had a good relationship with the Israel
Lobby, with Paul Martin genuflecting to the CJC,
proclaiming gaggers like,”Israel’s values are
Canada’s values”5.

The Sponsorship Scandal

Of course Canada’s Zionist media was for the war from
the beginning, and their boy Stephen Harper, fresh from
his Bilderberg grooming in 2003 had the right rhetoric.
Harper even took out ads in US newspapers apologizing
for Canada not standing by her ally as the US prepared
to commit suicide for Israel in Iraq.

Suddenly the Liberals under Paul Martin were under fire
from the media, and an election was coming up. The
Sponsorship Scandal was a run-of-the-mill scandal that
did not involve the Prime Minister’s office. But it was
constantly on the news and the unpopular neocon
globalist Harper with his Zionist cabinet got a
minority government.

Ignatiev Dares

Speak of Israeli Terror

Remarking on the Israeli attack on children at the Qana
refugee centre, Michael Ignatiev initially said that he
wasn’t going to lose any sleep over it, then turned
around and admitted that it was a war crime.

Well Canada’s Zionist Israel-firsters
did not like that very much at all.

With that, the roof fell in. Susan Kadis,
a Toronto-area MP and
co-chairman of his leadership campaign,
resigned: “Michael is an
intelligent person and I would think that he
would have a better handle
on the Middle East, given his years of experience
on human rights and
international law. I find his comments very
troubling, since the
Israeli response came in the light of the
unprovoked brazen kidnapping
by Hezbollah of Israeli soldiers.”
The Canada-Israel Committee expressed
“profound concern” and demanded
“clarification.” If clarification was not forthcoming,
they added, they
“would feel obliged to convey that message to our constituency.”

OTTAWA — Liberal power couple Heather
Reisman and Gerry Schwartz have
publicly broken with the Liberal Party line
on the Middle East crisis
and are turning to Prime Minister Stephen Harper
because of his supportof Israel.

Mr. Schwartz, a confidante of former
prime minister Paul Martin and one
of Canada’s most influential businessmen
as the head of Onex Corp., is
one of the eight signatories of an advertisement
placed in a newspaper
in Cornwall, Ont., where the Conservatives are
holding caucus meetings.
Mr. Schwartz’s wife, Ms. Reisman, says
she is leaving the party to
support the Conservatives under
Stephen Harper.

Pressure from Reisman, Schwartz and the intelligencia
of the Israel Lobby have turned the Liberals into
another neocon party.

Neocons are Zionists

The neocon movement in the US is a Zionist movement.
Many top Bush Administration officials are Israel
lobbyists and Zionists. They have spread their
poisonous ideology to Canada, through the efforts of
our own Israel Lobby, the Zionist press, and our neocon
Prime Minister Harper.

Canada Now An Israel-Style State

…As Toronto “Stand with Israel”
rally emcee Robert Lantos was eager to
point out,
Canada and Israel are both facing a
war on terror
,” and whether regarding
Afghanistan, Palestine or Lebanon, both
countries need to uphold
“the shared right to self-defense.”
We have seen what is meant by Israeli “defense.”
And with Canadian troops in Afghanistan operating
in increasing accord with Israeli tactics, it is
interesting to see Israel’s local allies helping to
politically package this reality.
(Harper appears to appreciate the help, and used
the occasion of his August 6 interview with CTV
to justify Israeli and Canadian military operations
in the same breath.)6

NeoCon Duckspeak for the Liberals

The Liberals parrot the same lies that the Conservatives
do about Bin Laden and Al Qaeda as perpetrators of the
911 attacks, and the need for a “war on terror”.
In reality it has long been proven that Bin Laden tapes
were faked, in fact the evidence points to Israeli Mossad
having a hand in the attacks.

The Afghanistan war is a central plank of the neocon
“war on terror”, and in this fascist language is the
deceitful rationale behind Canada’s continued presence.

Although no rational person believes that troops in
Afghanistan are fighting “terror”, the Zionist media
will nevertheless continue to repeat this fallacy.

Israel is a terrorist state, yet no one will dare to suggest
placing it on the list of terrorist organizations.

Instead Dion falls over himself to please The Lobby,
which is unanimously in favour of war, and all the rest of
the neocon(Zionist)
war-on-terror, give-up-your-freedom rhetoric.

“I ham diffrant, I want the troop out by February 2011,
Harper want keep dem there until June!”

That is how the Afghanistan mission got extended.
Dion did not want what happened to Paul Martin to
befall him. The power of the Zionist establishment is
can make or break a politician, and Dion knows this.

“Support for Israel is in the Party’s Interests”

This leaked7memorandum from the Canada Israel
Committee8 acknowledges the political influence
behind the scenes(emphasis mine), and the eagerness
of Dion to pleaseThe Lobby.

…We are especially pleased to bring to your attention
that the Liberal Party of Canada has chosen to feature footage
of the Montreal rally on its official website, demonstrating a
recognition that support for Israel is in the Party’s
interests
. While the CIC neither endorses nor opposes any
political party, we are extremely encouraged that the Liberal
Party of Canada has taken the decision to clearly affirm its
support for Israel, as we are that former leadership
candidates Gerard Kennedy and Michael Ignatieff have
expressed an interest in traveling to Israel with us this summer.

We view these developments as a measurable indication of
the success of our concerted and collective efforts over the
last 8 months to diminish the potential for
Canada-Israel policy to become a wedge
issue in a forthcoming election
.

Israel is a Dion Priority

Sunday morning, the national leadership of the
Liberal Party congregated in Toronto. The event
that brought them together was the United Jewish
Appeal’s Walk With Israel, which is the largest
pro-Israel event in Canada. I am the
communications director for a group called
“Liberal Friends of Israel”, so I was quite excited
by the resounding success of the event and the
Liberal contribution.

Democracy in Canada is Destroyed

A powerful foreign-backed lobby pushing war and a
sick ideology that is against Canada’s values and best
interests controls the Liberal and Conservative parties.
You can be sure that Israeli forces have infiltrated the
NDP and Green party. Any who do not name the
Zionists are suspect. Nobody in politics could not
be aware of their overweening, pernicious influence
on Canada’s politics.

It has already cost over $4billion.9 How much will
we let the Israel Lobby suck out of us for their
insane wars?

Most Canadians oppose Afghanistan mission: poll

Updated Wed. Jul. 18 2007 11:21 PM ET

CTV.ca News Staff

Only seven per cent of Canadians strongly support
the Afghanistan mission, while the total number of
those opposed in Quebec remains high at 75 per
cent, according to a new poll by
The Strategic Counsel.

The survey, conducted between July 12-16
for CTV and The Globe and Mail, suggests the
level of intensity for Canadians strongly opposed
to the mission is far greater than those who are
in firm support: (percentage point change from a
July 12-15, 2006 poll in brackets):

  • Total Support: 36 per cent (-3)
  • Strongly Support: 7 per cent (-1)
  • Support: 29 per cent (-2)
  • Oppose: 31 per cent (same)
  • Strongly oppose: 27 per cent (+2)
  • Total Oppose: 59 per cent (+3)

Peter Donolo, a partner with The Strategic
Counsel, told CTV.ca the numbers show only
a small minority of core supporters for deploying
troops to the war-ravaged country.

MEMORANDUM

To: CIC Board and Community Leadership

From: ———————

April 26, 2007

CIC Board Chair Moshe Ronen has asked that
I update you regarding the following developments:

As many of you will know from media coverage
earlier this week, on Tuesday, April 24, 2007
Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion spoke at the
Montreal community Yom Ha’atzmaut celebration.
His participation represents a real victory for the
Jewish community and for friends of Israel.
As you are all aware, the CIC has been actively
working with all political parties to ensure that
support for Israel remains strong across the board.

We are especially pleased to bring to your
attention that the Liberal Party of Canada
has chosen to feature footage of the Montreal
rally on its official website, demonstrating
a recognition that support for Israel is
in the Party’s interests
. While the CIC neither
endorses nor opposes any political party, we are
extremely encouraged that the Liberal Party of
Canada has taken the decision to clearly affirm
its support for Israel, as we are that former

think tank slammed the government for
“virtually abandoning UN peacekeeping.”

In a report released ahead of Wednesday’s six-hour
Commons debate, the Polaris Institute said
Canada had already spent $4.1 billion on
Afghanistan operations since the
Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
