You are invited to join the Organizing
Committee of the Palestinian American
National Conference scheduled for May
16, 2008 in Chicago. The Organizing
Committee will meet on February 9 2008
to prepare for the May conference.

We need you to join us in this effort,
there will be plenty of work to go around.
If you ever wanted to get involved for Palestine
but did not know how, or where, this is the time to
do it. We are organizing this conference in
commemoration of the 60Th Anniversary of
Al-Nakba, the Palestinian catastrophe.

Agenda for the meeting:

11:00 AM

Meet and Greet: Introduction to what the
conference is all about and what do we hope
to accomplish before and after the Conference.
remember the conference is just the mean
not the objective.

12:00 -2:00 PM Breaking up into several groups
to work on the different aspects of the conference.

1- Program working group

2- Media and outreach group

3- Guest relations group

4- Fund Raising

5- Logistics.....
Since logestics all live in Chicago this group will
join the other committees.

2:00 Break

2:30-4:30 regrouping---
All committees will discuss their reports
with the rest of the working groups.

5:00-7:00 PM Delegating assignments

Before you leave the meeting you will know
exactly what is needed of you and what you
will be responsible for. We need your committment,
remember a chain is as strong as its weakiest link.

Please book your travel to Midway airport and
