www.alluc.org - This site was actually mentioned in the Wall Street Journal! Alluc is a video-link gateway that does not store videos on its own servers in the U.S.
The site offers menus of shows that are often stored on servers in places like France and China. The sites act as gateways to pirated material offered on other sites and so they are not breaking copyright laws because they don’t have the material on their own computers.
