The Supreme Leader made the remark in his sermons at the special Eid prayers at Tehran Musalla (grand prayers ground).
The Leader also urged "Palestinian brethren not to stand against each other".
Ayatollah Khamenei also thanked the Iranian nation for participating in the massive International Qods Day rallies.
The International Qods Day rallies were held in the Iranian capital and various parts of the country on Oct 5 attended by millions of fasting people from different walks of life.
Present at the Eid prayers were high-ranking military and civilian officials including President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Head of the Experts Assembly and Chairman of the Expediency Council Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, Majlis Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel as well as ambassadors and envoys of Muslim countries.
Millions of faithful worshipers gathered at the site and elsewhere throughout the country for the Eid prayers.
