CHANGES TO ‘67 FREE PALESTINE WEBSITE
Women for Palestine invites everyone to visit the ‘67 FREE PALESTINE
website http://www.67.com.au
Numerous additions have been made since its first launch two weeks ago -
The HOME page has had changes made to the text.
The ACTIVITIES pages have all had something added to them. We are relying
on the various Australian organisations to let us know what they are
planning and are happy to add to the activities already mentioned.
The PHOTOS page has a gallery added of our first vigil to protest 40 years
of Israel’s occupation of the remaining Palestinian lands The vigil took place
last Saturday 26 May 2007.
The PALESTINE page has had Dora McPhee’s “Disappearing Palestine” added in
the About Palestine section There are also new topics that have been added
and numerous photos illustrating the worst aspects of the Occupation.
The PERSPECTIVES page has had new articles on the Occupation added.
There is a new Menu item called GLOBAL ACTION which lists activities being
undertaken around the world. We will list activities once we are aware of
them, so please let us know if you would like your organisation and activity
to be included on our website.
Another new Menu item has been added called RSS Feeds which allows people to
see the latest additions to the website.
The website will be continually updated by Alex Karkar who has managed to
interpret the information we wanted to go up in a clear, simple and
effective way. We hope that you think so too.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions or information to go up.
