The death toll of the ongoing offensive into the outskirts of the southern Gaza Strip City of Rafah climbed to twelve as the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) killed early Friday four citizens including an infant girl, with tanks and air strikes.
Medics said that Shahed al-Eid, the three-day-old, was critically wounded Thursday night by shrapnel of an Israeli shell. She died of her wounds on Friday.Another citizen was also killed by another shell. Two other citizens were killed at pre-dawn Friday in an Israeli air raid.
The new offensive started early Thursday as dozens of Israeli tanks rolled into Rafah, killing with warplanes eight citizens including 8-year-old child.
